At AIR-QC Co., Ltd., workplace safety is a core value and a critical part of our operational excellence. To strengthen safety awareness and reduce lifting-related risks, we conducted Overhead Crane Safety & Prevention and Safety Lifting Techniques Skill Training for our employees involved in crane operations and material handling.

Overhead Crane Safety & Prevention
This training focused on ensuring safe crane operations through proper knowledge, discipline, and teamwork. Employees were trained on safe crane operation procedures, including pre-operation inspections, correct use of controls, load stability, and emergency response actions.
A key component of the program was the Safety Walk during crane operations, where participants actively observed real crane movements to identify potential hazards such as unsafe positioning, blind spots, improper signaling, and surrounding work-area risks. This hands-on approach helps employees develop situational awareness and proactive hazard prevention skills.
The training also reinforced the importance of clear communication between crane operators and riggers, standard hand signals, and maintaining safe distances during lifting activities.

Safety Lifting Techniques Skill Training
This session emphasized correct manual and mechanical lifting techniques to prevent injuries and equipment damage. Employees learned how to:
Assess load weight, size, and center of gravity before lifting
Select proper lifting equipment and accessories
Apply correct body posture and movement when handling loads
Understand load limits and avoid overloading conditions
Special attention was given to thinking before lifting — encouraging employees to evaluate risks, confirm load weight, and ensure lifting plans are clear before starting any operation.
Commitment to Safety
Through continuous training and practical safety activities, AIR-QC demonstrates its commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment. These programs not only protect our employees but also ensure reliable and responsible crane operations across all projects.
