Our 8-Step Quality Control Process

Incoming material inspection and quality verification for OEM manufacturing

1. Incoming Material Inspection

 

Verify raw materials, certificates, dimensions, material identification, and compliance with project requirements.

Includes:

  • Material Certificate Verification

  • Material Identification

  • Dimensional Inspection

  • Incoming Material Acceptance

Manufacturing process quality control including laser cutting, bending, machining, and final inspection

2. Manufacturing Process Control

 

Quality inspections are conducted throughout fabrication and machining processes to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.

 

Includes:

  • Laser Cutting Inspection

  • Bending Verification

  • CNC Machining Inspection

  • Final Parts Inspection

Fabrication and welding quality control for industrial machine manufacturing

3. Fabrication & Welding Quality Control

 

Manufactured parts and welded structures are inspected to ensure dimensional and geometrical accuracy, weld integrity, and compliance with project requirements.

 

Includes:

  • Fit-Up Verification

  • Weld Inspection

  • Surface Preparation Checks

Surface finishing and coating inspection for industrial machine manufacturing

4. Surface Finishing & Coating Inspection

 

Surface treatment processes are monitored to ensure coating quality, durability, and compliance with customer specifications.

 

Includes:

  • Surface Preparation Inspection

  • Paint Thickness Verification

  • Adhesion Testing

  • Visual Coating Inspection

Mechanical assembly verification and quality inspection for industrial machinery

5. Mechanical Assembly Verification

 

Mechanical assemblies are inspected to verify alignment, functionality, fastener tightening, and overall assembly quality.

 

Includes:

  • Assembly Inspection

  • Dimensional Verification

  • Functional Checks

  • Torque Verification

Electrical and automation inspection including PLC testing, wiring verification, and control system validation

6. Electrical & Automation Inspection 

Electrical systems and automation components are inspected and tested to ensure proper installation, wiring integrity, control functionality, and system reliability before machine commissioning.

 

Includes:

  • Electrical Cabinet Inspection

  • Wiring Verification

  • PLC I/O Testing

  • Sensor and Device Validation

  • Communication Network Testing

  • Functional System Testing

  • Safety Circuit Verification

Final inspection and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for OEM machine manufacturing

7. Final Inspection & Factory Acceptance Testing

 

Complete machine systems are inspected and tested before shipment to verify functionality, quality, and customer requirements.

 

Includes:

  • Final Quality Inspection

  • Functional Testing

  • Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

  • Documentation Review

Packing inspection and delivery verification for OEM machine manufacturing

8. Packing & Delivery Control

 

Products are inspected before shipment to ensure proper packaging, protection, labeling, and documentation.

 

Includes:

  • Packing Inspection

  • Shipping Documentation Verification

  • Delivery Readiness Check
