We support customers from initial design review and adaptation through manufacturing, integration, commissioning, and final handover.
System Integration & Industrial Communication
Configure and integrate control systems, machines, and field devices using specified communication protocols. Verify proper communication and data flow during integration testing.
Testing, Commissioning & Site Acceptance
Conduct functional testing and commissioning to verify correct system operation. Assist with site acceptance testing based on customer-defined criteria and requirements.
Documentation & Handover
Prepare and deliver project documentation in accordance with approved scope and requirements. Complete system handover with all relevant documents and materials provided to the customer.
Control Panel Design Review & Adaptation
Review customer-provided control panel designs to ensure they are suitable for manufacturing and installation. Adapt drawings as required for execution while maintaining full compliance with approved specifications.
Control Panel Manufacturing & Assembly
Assemble control panels using approved components and drawings. Each panel is inspected for wiring accuracy, labeling, and overall build quality prior to shipment or installation.
PLC / Controller Programming
Develop and configure PLC and controller programs to meet customer process requirements. Programs are tested to confirm correct operation before commissioning.
Wiring & Cabling
Install power and control wiring according to customer-approved documentation and applicable standards. All connections are checked for safety, accuracy, and workmanship quality.
